Terms & Conditions 123 Go – A Complete Platform Guide for Malaysian Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 123 Go platform, including those who browse the website without registering an account, registered active members, and anyone using any service provided by 123 Go. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy 123 Go, all of which together form the entire agreement between the player and the platform. 2 Eligibility & Registration

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 3 Account Policy

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 123 Go platform. This covers one account per phone number, per identity card, per primary IP address, and per payment method. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. 123 Go reserves the right to close all excess accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — including your username and password — confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone, including family members. 123 Go will not be liable for any losses resulting from your account being accessed by a third party due to your own failure to keep your account secure. 3.3 Prohibition of Bots and Automated Software

The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the 123 Go platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or manipulate the gaming system will result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable.

4 Deposits & Payments

123 Go accepts deposits via recognised and legitimate Malaysian digital payment methods. All deposits are processed through a secure payment gateway that complies with PCI DSS standards.

All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 123 Go does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No fees are charged by 123 Go for deposits — however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control. Deposited funds may only be used for betting and casino gaming on the 123 Go platform.

5 Withdraw Funds

Players may withdraw funds from their 123 Go account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal of RM 50 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal for standard members is RM 30,000 per day. VIP Gold and Platinum members enjoy higher limits.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method or under the same name as the method used for the deposit.
• If identity verification (KYC) has not been completed, your first withdrawal may take 1 to 2 business days to process until verification is finalised.
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

123 Go offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement (also known as a wagering requirement) that must be met before bonus funds, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players making their first deposit are eligible to claim a welcome bonus of up to RM 500. This bonus is subject to a rollover requirement of 20x the bonus value received. For example, if you receive a bonus of RM 200, you must place total bets of RM 4,000 (RM 200 x 20) before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Rollover Terms

• The rollover must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bets placed at odds lower than 1.50 for sports, or the minimum bet set for slots, do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement.
• Cancelled, refunded, or matched bets do not count toward the rollover.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The 123 Go Sports Betting section covers football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, La Liga, UCL, and more), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup), cricket, NBA, Formula 1, boxing, MMA, e-sports, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except by using the Cash Out available for selected markets.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before 90% of the scheduled duration has been completed (for football), the bet will be voided and returned at odds of 1.00.
• For matches postponed and resumed within 48 hours, bets remain valid and will be settled based on the official final result.
• The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply — no changes to odds will be made after a bet has been confirmed.
• All results are sourced from the official league or relevant sports governing body. In the event of a dispute, 123 Go's decision is final.
• Bets placed on teams or players subsequently found to be involved in match-fixing will be voided and refunded.

This ensures every spin or round is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the 123 Go support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 3 business days.

123 Go reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Player proven to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has materially breached any term in this document.
• The account has been used to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• The player has registered more than one account.
• A valid self-exclusion request linked to that player's identification number exists.

In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or misconduct, 123 Go reserves the right to hold all balances in the affected account until the investigation is complete. If fraud is proven, those balances may be forfeited in full.

11 Liability Limit & Disclaimer

• An internet disconnection on the player's end that causes a gaming session to be interrupted.
